- Immediately you'll receive an email invite to download the Grin app. Once you approve your request, we will ship you a scope to help you upload your images. It should take 4-6 business days to receive your scope via mail.
- Once you receive your scope you can upload your photos to Lake Hills Orthodontics via the Grin app.
- Within 24 hours you'll get Dr.Charoenkul's initial assessment of your smile and our treatment coordinators will schedule you for your next in-person steps to get your treatment started.
